No it cant hurt to try as long as you monitor your health as we all need a good balanced diet.
Sugar: I don't use sugar as such, but it is hidden in so many things. So check what you are eating as even natural sugars count as sugar.
Caffeine: Wow well done, I could go without my double espresso in the morning and after my evening meal.
Gluten: Very difficult to avoid, it seems to be in so many things.
Please do post your progress as it may help others, we are all different. Me, I just couldn't do it.
