to the forum. I can't help I'm afraid as I have never been able to stick to diets or the use of supplements
There is a lot of information on here that you can trawl through in natural treatments if you are against prescribed treatments.
I'm sure you will get some answers
We are a small but supportive group who share our experiences of psoriasis ( what has worked and what hasn't )
