Hi nice to see you again. The itch can be a bugger and I'm lucky as my treatment has made sure I no longer itch
However what has been suggested is worth a try.
I myself use polytar shampoo which I use occasionally if I have a little flare and it works for me

Have you tried antihistamine tablets to try to kill the itch ?

Have been taking Sudafed -the real ones with pseudoephedrine without any results ? feel like I am in a constant flare -never abates
