Doesn't look like psoriasis to me either, but as the others say we are not doctors. You have in your profile that you were diagnosed with plaque psoriasis in 1991, that certainly is not plaque psoriasis so you should check with your doctor to see what is going on.
You are using loads of Vaseline, that could be a bad thing. Vaseline is a petroleum and it could be making things worse, also using a lot will stop your skin from breathing.
I'm with the others, try coconut oil. But you must see a doctor or preferably a dermatologist .
