Welcome to psoriasisclub.
That finger indeed does not look very convenient. But I agree with Jim, that it doesn’t look like Psoriasis of any kind that I know of.
It can also be a kind of eczema or indeed kind of a skin reaction to either the gloves, or to the substances that you are in contact with in your work. I don’t know if that is so in the semiconductor business.
It is worthy a try to go for the virgins coconut oil. It will soften your dry skin and reduce the itch.
And as KatT says, consult a doctor preferably a dermatologist.
I don’t have more ideas to offer.
