I am all for taking less DMF. After Caroline's comment on lymphocyte count as an indicator of efficacy, I might use the count as well as the disease I can see and feel to determine the dosage. I have tried to use a topical treatment with occlusion as I find it too messy uncovered, but I am yet to find a band aid adhesive that I am not allergic to. I am also on the hunt for a supplement that might help me: I read recently that b vitamins can have mixed results with some conventional treatments, so I am testing that idea. Next blood test in three months.
