I would stay positive now and I'm hopeful you will begin to see results in the next week or two ...
I'm really willing this to work for you as it's such a safe drug and can keep you clear for years when it does work

It is really frustrating as it covers most of my body ? so I am desperate for it work.
I’m currently taking 3 x 120mg. My consultant did say to me that if my side effects were mild after upping my dose I should increase again it earlier than the next week. Bit nervous about that though.
Any thoughts?

Yes, my thought is not to increase too fast. Stick to the schedule that is prescribed in the accompanying flyer.
If you move up too fast, your lymphocytes may go down to deep. You don’t want that. Because then you will have to stop with the treatment and imagine that it might start working in a few weeks.
By gradually upping the dose, you keep your lymphos on a good level.
That is why people with MS who start with tecfidera, often bump into lymphoma (too low levels) as the scheme over there is way to fast.
Not faster than an increase of 1 pill per week, preferably even slower.
