Yes Jim I'm hoping it's not the Cosentyx. I have never been this good with psoriatic arthritis and to be honest it's frightening thinking I may have to change

Thank you Artemie, yes I can live with it if it is just psoriasis. I have always said I take Cosentyx for psoriatic arthritis, so a bit of psoriasis is nothing compared with pain and no mobility.

Yes TL that was my and the dermatologists thought. She asked if it got any worse after the shot, but it doesn't and I did point out that it seems to get worse when it is hot. If it is psoriasis then it could be failing, but it's still working for psoriatic arthritis. So I'm hoping I can at least stay on till the Spring as Winter is when it can get worse.
Thank you all for the encouragement, you all now how disheartening it can be when a treatment looks like it is failing. But for now I can keep positive as I'm still able to live an almost normal life without pain.
