Even without insurance, there are quite a bit of programs available from the companies making the drugs. I have found out that they ARE actually available to a LOT more people than I expected here in the US. I'd recommend asking questions here, researching the different treatments and then contacting the company and asking questions. Some do require you to be on a commercial insurance before being eligible for certain programs but I do believe there are programs also for no insurance. Something to check into if you don't find relief from a non prescription source.
