I have been on Taltz since May 2017 and my skin cleared up within 9 weeks and I continue to be completely clear.
The injections do hurt a bit but I’ve gotten used to it. Always in my stomach (I alternate sides) - there is a sting and a bit of discomfort after but it always goes away in a day.
So if it seems to be working for you, stick with it. A day or so of some discomfort is well worth it for completely clear skin.
Wishing you success in your journey to conquer this SOB!

Thanks Sheryl!
Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I was out of town over the weekend. I hope it works as well for me as it has for you!
The redness from the last injection is fading and never had any pain associated with it, nor did it spread much, I could feel a bit of a lump under the redness. But it's a common side effect so I'm guessing I may see it often. I just hope not like the one from before where it actually hurt and was sore (didn't like that one!)
I can easily handle the discomfort from the injections (although I will complain about them!! ) I don't say it to try to dissuade anyone from trying Taltz, only to give information and help others be prepared. The one thing I like better about Taltz is that the pen is quicker than the pen for Cosentyx…. sadly however, from my understanding it's also one of the reasons it stings quite a bit since the medicine is entering quickly. If it wasn't for some mobility issues, I think I'd definitely take the syringe over the pen for Taltz if I could as that could be better controlled.
But the main thing is finding what works. Not sure yet if this is it for me or not. I definitely see an improvement however I did have an "itchy" weekend (didn't take any Zytrec so that could be why) But I definitely appreciate the information, the support and the well wishes!!!
