Indeed Bill, would be great if it keeps on working on a lower dose.
The person I know in the Netherlands, she is called Tineke, recently reduced her dose from 8x120 to 5x120, also because of lympho’s going too low.
The dermatologist, partly educated in DMF by Tineke herself, said that the fact that the lympho’s were going to low, was an indication that the dose was unnecessary high.
That fits the recent research that the lowering of the lymphos is an indication that the therapy is working and the change in eosinophils is a measure for possible intensity of the side effects. (As some people will not be able to cope with DMF).
