A fellow there had stolen before and after images from a dermatology practice's web site and presented them as his own, claiming that he had been to a dermatologist and tried everything from topical treatments to the latest biologic drugs, all without effect. The miraculous result was attributed to a herbal cream from India. When I alerted the moderators to the dishonesty, they did nothing. In contrast, when I alerted the forum to the dishonesty my post was rapidly removed and I was suspended from the site. What sort of help could you expect from a site that protects dishonest people and hides the exposure of dishonesty to its readers?
For our new members, that will never happen here. Bill already knows this, but I thought I would take this opportunity to point out that Psoriasis Club is very proactive against fake claims. All our members can contact me or a Staff and we encourage you to do so if you ever see posts like the one mentioned by Bill.
