Not a natural lotion; but I tend to react bad to coconut oil. Even the organic cold pressed ones in a glass jar.
My holy grail is vaseline intensive care advanced repair. Not natural at all but it keeps my skin moisturised for several days. I still use it although my skin is clear, but before it was clear, it definitely helped with the itching, just not with the P itself.
