Sadly and as Jim has already said, there is no cure for psoriasis, only treatments.
There are many ointments that can help, but you most likely will need a dermatologist to get a prescription. Also, a lot of ointments contain steroids and are not for long term use. The absolutely best advice is to be seen by a doctor.
Virgin coconut oil can help the symptoms of itching and is a great moisturizer. For the scalp, some people get help from shampoos (T-Gel plus others that say they are for psoriasis, eczema and/or dandruff, tar shampoos have been mentioned as helpful, also tea tree oil has been mentioned) But just to be honest, none of those helped me clear up. They can help with some of the symptoms short term though.
