Hi Kevinito
Welcome to the forum, over the years I've tried most of the ointments and creams, also enbrel and humira. I was advised by my consultant if ever I felt unwell with a heavy cold/flu or sore throat, I should stop the next dose and contact my doctor. This was only with the biologics but I would bear this in mind.
The only thing that worked for me over the years was light treatment for my psoriasis and was told after my last course of treatment that I was at the limit and wouldn't be able to have anymore.
The consultant told me there was a new biologic called Taltz out and had high success for her psoriasis patients. I can only say I was sceptical as the enbrel and humira had not worked for my psoriasis.
For me the Taltz has been like a magic wand, the psoriasis has cleared completely.
I may add that I've suffered with psoriatic arthritis since the 1990s and didn't think anything would work for the psoriasis.
As I mentioned earlier I would just be careful with a dose if your feeling unwell ,although that was only what I have been advised .
I hope you find success with the cosentyx treatment and wish you good health in the future.
