I tried a lot of different doses with Stelara as I'm 95kg, the best for me was 90mg every 10 weeks. But it gave up working for the psoriatic arthritis in the end.
I found Cosentyx to be great at first for psoriasis and got almost clear, but now I still get the odd annoying bit. We tried taking the shots every three weeks, but it didn't make any difference. But I'm very happy with Cosentyx as it has rid me of psoriatic arthritis.
