Can anyone remember  anything that happened  about the time that their  Psoriasis  first started  .

I was on holiday in Turkey and suffered the mother of all upset stomachs while in Istanbul then when we moved on to Icmeler I got bitten by something very tiny with teeth like a T-Rex. My first Ps plaque started around a month later from the bite mark

Well John, that again is pointing to something like bacteria as being the trigger.
This makes me suddenly start thinking again about my own situation.. I always believed it was stress..... but maybe it was different ....
This thread is getting more and more interesting.
