Usually it is best to miss a week with a bio if you have a fever, but as this is the loading dose I think you should ask your dermatologist the best way to go.

Personally I would ride out the fever and carry on with the shots as I would want the loading dose in me. Not much bad will happen and I have never had problems made any worse with a fever on well over 10 years of Bio use, but that is just my opinion.
