I have never had Psoriasis on my face, but do have it quite badly on my lower legs and these burn to high heaven when anything is applied.
All I can recommend is some judicious use of a good moisturiser and ride out on the anti-bios for the time being. If they dont work, it may be time to ask for a Dermatology referal as they have access to more treatments than your GP and obviously should have a better idea at what they are looking at.
