Yes keep the moisturising up. But as for the evidence of psoriasis fading over the next year, I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. I still have a few patches that have never caught up with the rest of my body, you can still see patches of slightly different pigment on my back where I had psoriasis bad and there is one on my leg that has been there for around 20 odd years now that has never blended in.

But it's working and that is the main thing, long may it continue.
