Thanks for posting and congratulations. A pretty tough regimen for many to follow but thats great.

14. Oil Pulling
This is a very simple regimen. You can google this to know how it works. Most sites say that you need the swish the coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes. However 5--10 minutes is sufficient and actually heals any issues with gums and teeth. It will also reduce plaque substantially. The plaque on your tooth and the condition of your gums affects what goes to your stomach and intestine. And you are constantly fighting a battle between metabolic disorders and dental issues. So it's a cyclic syndrome, and you need to plug all the root causes for it.  It's ironic that I missed this point, but this is the most recent thing I have tried for the first time since Nov 2018 and perhaps is single most responsible for fixing my scalp psoriasis.
