Hello Mjayb,

Welcome to Psoriasisclub.

I really would not know the answer to your question. Let’s hope that there will be some on the forum who have similar experiences.

For my own interpretation I could imagine that because of the running the Psoriasis sports become more filled with blood because of the expansion of your veins.
I hardly can understand why your clothing could be the cause.
What kind of clothing are you wearing when exercising?
