Well I do have bit of a flare up. Since a number of days my feet hurt more then they normally do, which is normally almost nothing. Now I feel them permanently and after longer walks they just hurt a bit.
The weather over here is grey and wet, so there also might be a cause. I try to have some more vitamin D and I use the UV light in my shower a bit more for short periods during showering.
