I know it has been awhile since I posted so here is a short update/recap. The pustular psoriasis on my feet put me working from home. I work in a laboratory which test biological specimens. So I felt really uneasy being there with open wounds. Blood test confirmed a staph infection and mononucleosis Which my dermatologist suggested caused my Psoriasis to become pulstulated. I was put on prednisone and doxycycline to stop the blisters until I could start cosentex. However on consentex the blisters started forming again. So the dermatologist stopped the cosentex and started Otezla. The Otezla caused bad headaches and nausea. I developed intense gut and when to the emergency room to find I had diverticulitis. I was given 2 different antiboditics which made the nausea worse. I stopped the Otezla because I read that someone kept taking otezla and lost a section of bowl due to it. The psoriasis is so bad on my palms and feet. I want to just work from home but work wants me back to work, I have ran out of vacation time due to this. I am not sure what the dermatologist will offer next. I just want 2019 to be clear of psoriasis the pain and nausea of the meds. Can anyone give me a suggestion for the dermatologist? I have tried methotrexate, humeria, Stelara, embrel, cosentex and otezla.
