I suppose that depends who is getting it cheaper and if the health care in ones country cares about their people.
Well over here in the Netherlands Humira went down 80% in price, from €600 to €100 per injection. Because it went out of patent. So Abbvie lowered the price to block the road of the biosimilars.
That is quite a bonus for the ones who prescribe it and for the insurance. (After they have paid lots of money for years).
