Very good of you to take the step and join in.
Do you only have Psoriasis ? No Psoriactic Arthritis ? That at least is something.
And there is a bit of good news, as you have had eczema in your childhood there is a smaller chance that your Psoriasis will change into Psoriactic Arthritis. I will explain that later in a different thread, so watch what is coming.
I am totally with Jim in the fact that the light treatment will not give you a lasting effect, it will always come back and in between your skin will wear out. To my idea... avoid it, so that you can have some normal sunshine on the beach. There are enough treatment available that work far better than light treatment and will save your skin.
Look around at what you need in your discussion with your dermatologist. And if you need help please just ask. We can always be found in the off topic section where the bar resides.
