I don't use Taltz but most Bio's are much the same and come in two types of injector.
The Pen type auto injector and they are the worse in my opinion. Only ever tried them a couple of times and they did hurt.
The pre-filled syringe type are much easier and hardly any pain in my opinion.
Like the others say. Take it out of the fridge for around 20 mins before injecting.
You can get products over the counter to numb the site before taking the shot, usually used by Diabetics but I've never tried them so couldn't comment.
