that's a very comprehensive introduction and very well written and easy to follow ....you have certainly been through the mill with all your diseases and the best thing you did was get to Canada where it sounds as if you have had first class treatment
I hope the Cosentyx works well on your psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, and you don't build up antibodies to make it fail ...although from what I've read you should get long term clearance with it
