I have spoken with my derm about diet, and even she said if it really were that simple they would tell everyone to do it!!
And what about this then? Coming from an earlier post of me: [color=#9400D3]"This guy, I think he is called Charles, follows a diet, completely the natural way.
Even more, it has already long been proven that psoriasis and arthritic psoriatica is an "immune" disease.
I doubt if dermatologists are the right kind of doctors to treat this. Even stronger said, I really think that we would be in better hands with a reumatologist or doctor for internal diseases and our metabolism.
The fact that above diet and medicines like MTX, stelara, fumaderm, psorinovo, cyclosporine, etc work against psoriasis is because they either shutdown a part of the immune system or add something to our metabolism that repairs a missing part. Both are parts of the internal human being and don't have a thing to do with our skin....
