Hello Jimish to Psoriasis Club.
18 Months may be a short time for your dermatologist to move you onto a Bio. It may be worth you asking about Fumaderm or Skilarence. You can find out more about them here: Oral Treatments For Psoriasis
It can and does take time to find what will work for each person, but it can be managed.
As for tips: The top 5 I would give are.
#1 Try to keep a positive attitude.
#2 Talk with your family and friends about it.
#3 Keep sharing your good and bad moments with our members.
#4 Keep pushing till you get a dermatologist you are happy with.
#5 And most of. Do not go looking for a cure, there isn't one and you will loose a lot of money on scams found on the internet or even in the press like has been seen recently.
Now let me just confirm that Caroline is not Sane, she may be sensible on the odd rare occasion but no where near as sensible as me.
Regards.
Fred.
