I have no idea, I was hoping somebody with first or second hand experience could chime in.
My plan is, with each step, take 1/2 teaspoon - full teaspoon - 1.5 teaspoons with 15 min gaps in between.
If I don't react, have 2 portions a day for 2 days, then observe for 2 days. If no reaction, continue to next step.
If I react, drop it completely until it goes back to the level it is at now.
I will reintroduce in this order (alcohol will be somewhere along the line - whenever I can't handle being off it anymore):
1. All fruit apart from Melon, Squash, Citrus, cucumber and nightshades
2. Nuts and seeds (apart from peanuts).
3. Legumes
4. Peanuts
5. Non gluten grains (maybe one by one)
6. Dairy
7. Nightshades (one by one)
8. Food with added sugars
Anything I am forgetting to reintroduce? Any advice or criticism here?
