I agree with Grizzly .....( now that's a first) try not to pick them ...as he says the last thing you want is an infection.
Nails are difficult to treat ...how long have you been on Stelara ? Were they bad before you started Stelara ?
My fingernails are pitted and striated and my thumb nails grow with a crack through the middle that never grows out and my two big toenails are very thick and I have to use industrial cutters to clip them ...but I haven't ever picked mine and made them painful ( mainly because I struggle to reach my feet )
Coconut oil sounds worth a try though ...but I hope someone comes up with a better idea for you
