As for diet, there are various thoughts on the subject from members, some swear by it, but in general not many appear to be able to regulate the Ps through diet alone - just remember it will never cure it.
Luckily for me it's just small red blotches on my face, so I only use the 1% for 3 days max at a time and it disapears.
Diet, well, I am already on a gluten free diet as I have Coeliac Disease, so restricting it further would be a pain. I have had milk every single morning, eggs and tuna almost everyday and never had a flare up. So I think food is fine
