I asked the doctor about that she told me that your skin can reverse/heal, unless its long abuse of the steroids.
I was doing alot of reading on the internet and found that it should only be used at a maximum of twice a day for 4 weeks - I use it for a day or two and my skin clears up. So, I don't think I'll run into any problems... atleast I hope!!!
I also have a question regarding diet, more specifically milk! I guess this isn't the best place to ask and I am sure there are threads around it, so I'll go have a look.
