First of all, thank you very much for the offer of help, I really appreciate it!!!
1. Apparently my grand mother has it on/in her nails, other than her, I am the only one
2. Probably genetic. I also have Coeliac Disease and keep a strict gluten free diet. Maybe having 1 auto-immune means I am more pre-dispositioned to have another?
3. During 2015, that's hard to say. I don't think so. It first started under my arm when I was in South America. Then when I got back, I noticed it slowly started on my forehead and scalp. It stayed only in those three places for a decent amount of time. Throughout 2016 it began spreading to my ear lobes and sides of my nose. 5 places, it has spread to a place in my eyebrow, my right eye lid and under my left eye. Those 3 new places began after my inflamed eyelid. So I think stress caused those... because I have been very stressed lately. Mostly from my swollen eyelid.
4. Could have been bacterial on my eyelid + a possible case of chlamidya... :/ That may have influenced it and had a strain on my immune system (cleared now)
I have been reading that you should use the ointment/cream twice a day for 4 weeks maximum. That to me is a very long time. I usually use it for a day or 2 and it clears right up. I thought using it for 2 weeks was a scarily long time.
I have been using it on and off for 3 weeks on my eye lid.
