Yes, most definitely! During late December and January I was at my local beach about every 2nd or 3rd day for a max of 2 hours. I did actively notice my skin was the best it had been for a while. I noticed I had very little to no redness/dandruff from psoriasis (usually I'll have redness on my forehead constantly), mild tan (I am normally very white) and glowing skin. At that point I hadn't been diagnosed so I wasn't using moisturizer.
I try and get a minimum of 10 minutes of sunlight a day now, sometime between 10am and 2pm. I don't know how much that will do, but I know UV helps. So hopefully doing it consecutively everyday, it'll do something over time.
