I' ve had psoriasis under my armpits, but never had problems applying deodorant on it. Any fragrance and alcohol free one will work. Also, a roller was better than a spray, don't know why, but rollers never hurted a bit. If they area is "wet" it helps to apply any cream with zinc, just any ordinary diaper rash cream will do.
And I agree with Caroline, if you have PA,you need a systemic or bio drugs. And I see you already have failed two, so I would ask for a bio.
