Hi busybee ...thanks for letting us know you have failed on systemic treatment ..as that's the case I think it would be an idea to ask for a biological drug that that can help both conditions you can read about them here Biological Treatments For Psoriasis probably the best ones are the one that Fred is on Cosentyx or Taltz both work on both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
