Unfortunately where psoriasis is concerned asking what is the best treatment is like asking how long is a piece of sting?
There is no one fits all that comes off the peg as we are all different and what works for one may not work for another. So it's not really possible to answer your question but I agree with Jim you will probably need to fail an oral treatment before going on to cosentyx, unless you are paying for it yourself (which is very expensive)
I would say read up on this thread Oral Treatments For Psoriasis and see oif there is something you would like to try and then discuss it with your dermatologist. But the best treatment is the one that works for you and not what others suggest.
Good luck and welcome to Psoriasis Club.
*I made an edit to your text as it was difficult to read in upper-case and is classed as shouting on a forum. So I have changed it to lower case for you.
Fred.
