Mine are pretty bad at the moment, pitted and very sore if i knock them. Two of them look like they are coming away from the nail bed (which makes me feel queasy everytime i think about it.)
I guess its hard to treat but just wondered if there was anything out there.
I used to ask for Dovobet gel which seemed to soak down into the nail bed better than the ointment or cream. Then put a plaster round to protect the nail and keep the gel in.
Wasn't a great success but I never lost a nail and seemed to stop it getting any worse.
I don't know if betnovate scalp application is still available but I also used to use that many years ago it was non greasy and evaporated very quickly
And of course my current treatment keeps my nails well under control, except for one thumb nail that keeps splitting
