As you have posted this in Natural I take it you don't want to use a topical ? But something like a short dose of Dovonex could help get rid of the plaques.

But if you want to stick to natural how about:

#1 Coconut Oil

#2 Epsom salt

#3 50/50 mix of Olive and Peanut oil

#4 Vaseline

Hopefully others will have some natural recommendations for you, but it's difficult going that way in my opinion.
