Hello Grant to Psoriasis Club.
Yes it can be a shock to find you have psoriasis, and then to learn that it is with you for the rest of your life. But it can be managed.
You say you have only had it a month and the creams didn't help much, that is usual and sometimes it will work for some. But it may mean just trying another cream, so I would stick with getting professional treatment. By doing that you will work your way up to a better treatment that could get you clear.
All the things you are trying now are not going to last in the long term and by trying so many things at once you will not know which one is helping. If you do want to go the natural way you should have a read on some threads here: Natural Treatments For Psoriasis
But whatever you do don't let it get to you, it is something that will get you down but you will always find others here willing to listen. Also keeping a positive mind about it will be one of the best natural things you can do, some manage with a positive attitude and sunshine.
Regards.
Fred.
*I will move your post to a new thread so it will get noticed better.
