Not relevant responses on the DLQI from psoriasis patients

That's very interesting I think it would have been a good thing at my dermatology unit over the years.....I have never been asked to complete one

If they are reconsidering it's use ...what is planned in its place or will they just mark the scores differently and ask different questions

I don't know what can replace it but it was mentioned a while back that it could be time for something new: Newer measure of psoriasis severity is needed.

My dermatologist no longer bothers doing it with me as I always say none of the questions are relevant.

If I had to fill one in they would say there's no further need for treatment as all my answers based on the last week would score a zero
I'm sure most would opt for the obvious choices which would give a higher score if they wanted to get decent medication

The psoriasis scoring system here is far more accurate and something along those lines would be more useful
