Poor sleep is common in psoriasis patients

I myself have lots of sleepless night I toss and turn so much.I have pain all over my body,hips,knees,back,shoulders.My Arthritis Dr gave me a script for Tramadol 50 mg I take two at bedtime.I have psoriatic Arthritis,Osteoarthritis,Gastropereses.The Tramadol has been helping me.I also take. Neurontin 300mg three times.Even if I sleep some during the night I wake up so tired.Thanks for letting us know Psorisis can be the reason for my sleep pattern.I learn so much from all of you!
