Thank you for the update. It's nice when people come back to say how things are going, and your input could help others.
I'm a big fan of Stelara as it gave me my life back. It also did help with psoriatic arthritis, but after more than 6 years of use it could no longer keep the psoriatic arthritis at bay. (But we are all different, and I did have bad psoriatic arthritis)
Yes I agree it is a shame that some countries can't get the funding, but there are Biosimilars now coming out with a lower cost which should help. However all countries have different health care systems, for example in the USA they have to pay insurance, you in the UK have to pay a little for the prescription, myself in France pay nothing. So it's not possible to make the Bio's available to all.
All I can say is enjoy what you have, and long may it last.
