I had a Dr. appointment with my dermatologist yesterday.
It was to follow up on my Psoriasis treatment with Taltz.
He says My skin looks very good and as far as he is concerned I am currently completely cleared.
I still have skin lesions but he describes them as a form of Psoriatic keratosis.
My overall skin condition is good not perfect. I would guess I am 85% clear
I still itch, My overall skin condition has improved. I don't bruise as easily and don't require as much cream
to remain moist and supple.
My arthritis however has gotten worse. Without any arthritis medication my wrists, arms, shoulders, and back are very stiff.
The Taltz effect on my arthritis has diminished noticeably.
I need a minimum of Methylprednisolone (4mg) and Diclofenac (25mg) once a week to remain active without much pain.
I can live this way and be productive.
Phil
A mixed message Phil that the Taltz is kind of working on the psoriasis ...but not much on the Arthritis ....but its a case of no cure we all know, it's just what level of relief we can accept
I wish you luck and hope it gets even better for you
It would be helpful Phil if you could edit your treatment in your profile to show Taltz, as I am easily confused you can do that by clicking the link and editing your profile Edit
