Could bioelectronics help psoriasis

There's a startup company raising money to stop the spread of incurable cancer with electric fields, so I think there's a lot of room to run with the various electric field technologies.  To succeed for psoriasis I think the parameters would need to be adjustable--otherwise it would be like a lot of medications that work great for a while than fail as the psoriasis gets "smarter", for lack of a better term.
