No not wonders Jim. It was excellent for the psoriasis and that had the knock on effect of helping the psoriatic arthritis. It was never as good as say Enbrel, but I could no longer take the TNF's.
I would say Stelara was the best thing ever for psoriasis, and Coesntyx has been the best thing ever for psoriatic arthritis. But neither have given me a 100% result on what I would like to achieve.
I can see why you questioned that as my old thread about Stelara will show how I was happy for over 6 years, but now having tried Coesntyx for almost 1 year my views are different.
What I need (and I'm guessing we all do) is something that will rid us of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in one, and in a simple form. That however is still a long way away as far as I'm concerned. It's not till you are riddled with both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis that takes over your life that you find just a little bit of respite is wonderful in between treatments.
I'm sure one day it will come and it may be a little too late for me, but the future is bright for the young people with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I will howver say that the future Is the Bio's and nothing else will ever compete.
