Hello LL, As far as I know, there is not a way of telling via a blood test. A possible sign of psoriatic arthritis are lines on your finger or toe nails. the lines run down your nails (from where you cut them to the moon) they will also turn a yellowy colour and start to lift from the nail bed.
I think with Rheumatoid arthritis the bones tend to stick out more, but I am not sure. The best bet would be to talk to a Dermatologist about it, they will also advice about what drugs can be used with pregnancy.
