No problem with starting new threads as your question will relate to you. If there are similar threads some may point you to them, but you are welcome to start new threads as we don't expect our members to trawl through every thread.
I would suggest:
Week #1 Get down to once per day
Week #2 Cut the amount down by 50% as in don't apply so thick. (But still use for 7 days
Week #3 Use Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
Week 4 Use Tuesday and Friday
Week 5 Stop
During that time I would also use plenty of a good quality virgin coconut oil once every day. From there carry on with coconut oil and keep your fingers crossed.
